FWC has aligned the below functions with its objectives for realising the same.
- • Corporate / marketing communications
- • Periodic training in marketing communication for members
- • Conceptualisation and execution of book publishing projects
- • Maintenance of the FWC website
A three tier structured team will implement the functions and ensure effective realisation of the objectives.
Tier I: Core members (10) who share the vision of FWC will be responsible for ideation and execution.
Tier II: Executive members (2 or 3) who will execute all the work -- writing, media/public relations -- from Chennai. Services can be utilised by other chapters also.
Tier III: Extension team (number can be decided) which will work in the field and will be involved in meeting people, organising meetings, PR work etc.
